Fe Be Dee Bookkeeping Services was established by Feona Duncombe in 2003 after having worked for many years in similar roles, and in various industries.
I love working with other new businesses and start-ups, to ensure their financial package is set up correctly.
Allowing each new business to focus on growing their business, instead of worrying about their bookkeeping, I can take away the pressure and do their bookkeeping in half the time, leaving them to focus on what is more important to them.

As a registered BAS Agent it is part of my role to keep you up to date with ATO requlations and to ensure that my clients are fully compliant with these rules.
Services include, but are not limited to - Accounts Payable and receivable, bank and credit card reconciliations, general ledger reconciliation, BAS and IAS compliance and lodgements and/or liasing with your Account/Tax Agent.
My business is located in the Northern Gold Coast but am able to work with businesses in up to a 60 klm radius.

Great question – we look at what your company needs are to decide what package to use, no use paying for bells and whistles if you don’t use them.
Do I need STP (Single Touch Payroll)?
If you employ staff, yes you do. The ATO ruling now is for every employer.
How do I know how much GST to pay?
This relates back to your accounting package and how it is set up.
